Visa work rights are verified against the Department of Home Affairs before commencement and re-checked on a set cadence. Every worker completes the five-module online induction, including knife safety, before their first shift — and you can ask for the record.

Hear about absences the same day.
Workers report absence, illness and injury through the portal; the notice reaches the department the same morning. An on-site HUMANBIZ officer files a daily site report and hygiene spot checks.
